If you think we are a good fit but I am out-of-network with your PPO insurance plan, I can provide you with a bill to submit for reimbursement or credit toward your deductible.

Payment is due at the time of service. That payment includes your out-of-pocket payment that may be applied to your deductible, or the out-of-pocket amount for cash paying clients.
I strongly encourage all of my clients to be informed of their insurance policies, benefits and claims payment procedures prior to our first appointment so that you do not run into an unexpected financial obligation.
